Ms. Dionysia-Theodora Avgerinopoulou , President of the Columbia University Hellenic Association, is a candidate of the J.S.D. (Ph.D.) degree in International Law at Columbia University School of Law. She is currently the Director of the European Institute for Law, Science and Technology and an international lawyer specialized in Public International Law, Environmental Law, European Community Law, International Organizations Law and Transatlantic relations. Dionysia received her first degree in Law from the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens, Faculty of Law, as the top 1 graduate of her class. She also holds an LL.M. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center (Excellent, Dean Certificate for Outstanding Services to Georgetown Academic Community.)
