Summer 2007 Greek Housing Roster

Please note the following:

    1. The complete list must be submitted online by the House Manager no later than Friday, April 20, 2007. In order to keep your brownstone open for the summer, you will need a minimum occupancy of 95%.
    2. Housing reserves the right to assign vacant rooms in the brownstones with non-members on a space available basis regardless of occupancy level. Thus, do not place someone in a double and expect that they will not have a roommate.
    3. Changes to this roster must be made in writing to the Assistant Manager of Student and Guest Accommodations in 125 Wallach Hall.
    4. CC and SEAS students are eligible for summer brownstone housing. BC, GS, and college students that are not from Columbia are eligible for SUMMER ONLY if they are registered for Summer Session classes! High school students are not eligible.
    5. CC and SEAS students living in your brownstone for the summer are eligible for spring interim housing if they have a room in undergraduate housing for the 2007 spring term. To apply for interim housing, you may click the appropriate button below, or you may pick up an application from 125 Wallach Hall.
    6. CC/SEAS students living in your brownstone for the summer are eligible for fall interim housing if they have a room in undergraduate housing for the fall of 2007. To apply for interim housing, you may click the appropriate button below, or you may pick up an application from 125 Wallach Hall.

    7. Summer and interim housing rates will be billed to their SFS account for CC and SEAS students.
      • Session I housing is May 20 to June 29, 2007. Session 2 housing is July 1 to August 11, 2007.
      • Spring Interim Housing is May 12 to May 20. Separate sign-up is required, the fee is $248.
      • Fall Interim is August 11 to September 1. Separate sign-up is required, the fee is $651.
    8. Columbia-owned brownstone rates for summer 2007 are $2,450 for single rooms in non-renovated buildings, and $2,600 for singles in all renovated buildings. The rate for each student in a double room is $1,920 in all bronwstones. Residents may elect to live in a double room as a single for $3,150.This will reserve the other half of the room throughout the summer.
      Students staying for only one session will pay half the amount listed.
      Interim fees are extra and posted above.
    9. Graduating seniors may remain in residence through Thursday, May 17. If a graduating senior is staying for Summer Session I, they must apply for spring interim housing, and the charge will be prorated and billed to their SFS account. Graduating seniors are not eligible for fall interim.
    10. Alpha Delta Phi and one other brownstone (to be determined) will be closed this summer for renovations. Other houses will be closed if they do not reach the 95% occupancy requirement.Residents of the closed brownstones should contact other houses to apply to live in one of the open brownstones.
