The following behaviors will not be tolerated and violators will be subjected to the Dean’s Discipline Process:

• Placing harassing calls.
• Using a Personal Security Code in a fraudulent manner (a federal offense).
• Misusing or tampering with the telephone equipment, including jacks. Damaged wall jacks and damaged or missing phones will be automatically billed to your account. Roommates will share the bill if room equipment is damaged and it cannot be determined which party is responsible.
