You may rent a handtruck or moving bin at any time. Rental is free for the first 2 hours and $10 per additional hour. The maximum charge per day is $70. The total maximum charge shall not exceed the replacement cost of the item ($180 for a handtruck and $350 for a bin). If you lose a handtruck or bin, the replacement cost will be billed to your student account, but you may use your Flex Account to pay for handtruck and moving bin rental charges.

To minimize rental time and prevent late fees, sign out a truck or bin only when you are completely packed and ready to move, and return it as soon as you are finished. To avoid traffic and extended waits, schedule your moves for off-peak periods. Expect to encounter long lines and lengthy move-times during Check-Out.
