Columbia University Housing

We welcome visiting students to Columbia and hope you will enjoy your time here. As a visiting student, you may be granted housing based on your Admission Decision Status and the number of terms that you are registered for classes at Columbia. Your admission letter will notify you if you qualify for housing.

You will be housed with your class in upperclass residence halls (visit specific residence hall page for details and rate information). Selection for visiting students is based on seniority and applications are processed on a rolling basis.When a room has been assigned to you, we will notify you by email.

Housing and Dining Visiting Student Application will be available in mid-July.
