Woodbridge is located on Riverside Drive with magnificent views of both the Hudson River and Riverside Park. This building was converted into a residence hall from an apartment building in 1994 and offers upperclass students both off-campus independence and a real NYC apartment-style living experience. The street address for Woodbridge is 431 Riverside Drive.
LayoutResidents select these one-bedroom apartments that include one large common area, a double bedroom, a private kitchen, and a private bathroom. Most students either share the double bedroom and use the other living space as a common room, or use both spaces as single bedrooms. There is a satellite gym available in the basement with treadmills and ellipticals for student use. In addition, suites 7H, 7I, and 7J were renovated over the Summer of 2008 to become Columbia's first "green" suites. For more specific information about these renovations, please visit 2008 Projects. RA Rooms: 2K, 4K, 6K Room Selection NotesMostly juniors and seniors live in Woodbridge. What Students Say“I loved living in Woodbridge. My roommate and I felt like we were living in an apartment in downtown NYC. We had our own independence away from campus, and the access to Riverside Park is amazing in the Spring and Fall.”
"I had the supposed "worst room" in Woodbridge - the walk-through double - but found it to be great. Our own kitchen and bathroom made all the difference.”
