After the registration period is over, each individual or group is assigned a randomly selected, computer-generated lottery number (groups share one lottery number). This number will differentiate you from others with the same point value.

Each individual or group is also assigned a specific appointment date and time to choose their room/suite. This is established by point value (first) and lottery number (second), always allowing rising seniors to pick before rising juniors and so forth. Your lottery number and appointment date/time will be posted on the Room Selection Introduction page once registration is over.
