Columbia University Housing

Students must sign their Occupancy Agreement before they check into their assigned room. Students who have failed to sign their Occupancy Agreement will be charged $100 dollars a day, beginning at 9am the day after they check-in, until their agreement is signed.

If students receive a Room Transfer or Room Swap, they will be required to sign their contract online before they are able to retrieve their new keys.
