Need to do laundry or want to satisfy a candy craving, but can’t find a quarter for the machine? Flex Account to the rescue! Your Flex Account is a declining balance system you can access with your Columbia Card. You may use your Flex Account dollars for vending machines, game room tokens, laundry, the Columbia Bookstore, and certain off-campus dining locations. You may set up a Flex Account at the Customer Service Center in 118 Hartley. After you have an account, you may add value to it by credit card, cash, or traveler’s check at the Hospitality Desk, which is located in the Hartley Hall lobby.
