Uh-oh -- locked out? Upon presentation of your valid Columbia Card, you may borrow a copy of your suite/room key for a maximum of one hour from the Hospitality Desk. If you do not return a borrowed key within one hour, the lock will be changed at a cost of $55. There is also a $10 charge for each unreturned key. If your key breaks, you may obtain a replacement free of charge by returning the broken key to the Hospitality Desk.
