Subject:                                     Morningside IRB Office will be closed for move

 

The Morningside IRB Office will be moving on January 10, 2011 to the CU Studebaker Building at 615 West 131st Street, 3rd Floor.  Contact phone numbers and emails will remain the same. The new mailing address and CU mail code will be posted on the CU IRB Web site at http://www.columbia.edu/cu/irb/.

 

Consequently the Office will be closing early on Friday, January 7th, and will be closed on January 10th and January 11th.  Queues, voicemail, and email will be monitored to the extent possible during this time. Please plan accordingly if you are submitting to the IRB, or are awaiting a response from the IRB on a submission.  The office will reopen on Wednesday, January 12th on a regular schedule.

 

Office (walk-in consultation) Hours for the Morningside IRB Office will resume on Wednesday, January 19th, from 1:00- 3:00 pm at the Studebaker Building, 3rd floor. Alternatively, at any time, an appointment with IRB Staff can be made by contacting the IRB Office at 212-851-7040.
