UNIVERSITY APARTMENT HOUSING APPLICATION

UAH Username and Password: Once you click on the link to go to the UAH Application you will have to enter the user name and password that was provided to you.

• New Student: If you do not have a user name and password and you are a new student, you can obtain one from the Housing Liaison of your school.
  
  
• Continuing Student: If you are a continuing student you can obtain a user name and password from either your Housing Liaison or from the UAH office.
  

International House: If you would like to apply for housing in International House (I-House) you must ALSO complete the I-House application. The I-House application is available online. Print it, complete it, and mail it in to the UAH office. (Housing offered by UAH in I-House is dormitory style housing for single students only.) Please do not submit a second UAH application.

Incomplete / Inaccurate Applications: Incomplete or inaccurate applications cannot be forwarded to your school for approval. We will contact you for correction or completion, which may cause delays in the approval process.

Updating Your Application: If you need to alter your Application, do not re-submit the Application online. Please be sure to E-mail any changes to uah@columbia.edu In order to insure proper security and confidentiality, the Housing Application is located on a secure server. All the data submitted through the Application is encrypted for maximum protection from anyone trying to intercept this information.

Confirmation: An acknowledgment window will appear if the document has been properly transmitted. You will also receive email confirmation. Please follow the instructions in the email message in order to monitor the progress on your housing application. The email will contain your assigned applicant ID number and PIN number, as well as instructions on how to monitor the status of your housing application online.
