In order to view and print the Sublet Application, the Adobe Acrobat Reader program is necessary.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download it by clicking on the Get Acrobat Reader icon below.
Download the application by clicking on the appropriate Sublet Application icon below.
Once the Application is downloaded, please complete all the necessary information.
Print the Application, sign and obtain the signature of your subtenant. If you are using a public terminal, DO NOT SAVE your application when done. This will preclude anyone else from obtaining your information.
Student Sublet Applications should be sent to the attention of: Columbia University, Off-Campus Housing Assistance Office, 419 West 119th Street, Lower Level, New York, NY 10027.
Students can check the status of their sublet application by clicking here.
Please allow at least 7 days for the application to be processed.
Faculty and Staff applications should be sent to the attention of Jane Hunt, Columbia University, University Apartment Housing, 400 West 119th Street, New York, NY 10027.
