    HOLD THE DATE! The first Oneg after break will be in honor of the outgoing executive & JSU group leaders who have concluded their leadership. Join us for this special Oneg.

    Hillel is sponsoring the National Conference on Public Policy (The Spitzer Forum) in Florida in February. A Few hundred students will attend. Forums will be held on Social questions, political issues & Jewish Communial affairs. It promises to b e exciting. Scholarships are available. Come to the Jewish Office before the winter break to commit.

    Dartmouth University is sponsoring a ski Shabbaton Feb.6-8. Ski the Killington Mountains and pray for your life. See Carolyn in the Jewish Office for more info.

    Perspectives Magazine is looking for writers, artists, photographers & poets for Feb. issue. Submissions to Dan Vogel or Becky Phillips are due before winter break.

    Congratulations to the JSU1 basketball team on their undefeated season. They’ll play in the Columbia Intramurals Championship next month. Additional kudos to Jonas Allen, Leah Fleishner, Rina Goldberg, Josh Golomb, Sarah Marlin, Rita Powell, Robert S herer, Debbie Stern, Michael Strapp, Ben Strauss & Barak Zahavy on the 1st win by their co-ed b-ball team in 2 ½ years. Join Intramurals next semester for a whole new season of bowling, basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, hockey & m ore.

    Israeli dancing every Monday evening from 7:30-11:30 PM.

    The Jewish Office has listings posted on the bulletin board for Israel study, internships, job opportunities, travel, etc. Come by & check them out.

    Earl Hall would like to remind students that the building closes at 11 PM. Please cooperate.
