A Call to Action: Jewish Students Respond to Sweatshops. A half-day forum on Sweatshops in NYC will be held on Friday, 2/6 at 10am in Sulzberger Parlor at Barnard. The program includes Jewish text study, a historical perspective on Jews and Sweatshops,
a panel of leading grass roots organizers and a plan for action. Respond to the Jewish mandate to fight oppression! Call the Jewish Office for more information. Save the Date: The Jewish Collegiate Festival of the Performing Arts will be on February 15th. Tickets will be on sale the second week in February.
