Sukkot is Coming! You can order a lulav and etrog in the Jewish Office for $36. You must register and pay in the Jewish Office by Tuesday, Sep. 29th by 12:00 pm. Registration for Shabbat and Sukkot meals must be made by Thursday, 5:00 pm in the Hewitt Dining Room. Students who wish to eat in the Sukkah will pick up their meals from the regular serving area in Hewitt and carry them to the Sukkah behind Macintosh on the Barnard Campus. Since the sukkah seats 45 people, students will use the su kkah in shifts.
Registration for the meals on the last days will be Wednesday, October 7 and Thursday, October 8th. Please note that registration for guests will take place only on Thursday in the Hewitt Dining office. Students can register only one guest a nd you must also come to Earl Hall on Thursday to purchase a wristband and register your guest.

IMPORTANT!! The pizza in the Hewitt dining room is now being warmed in a non-kosher oven, and is therefore not under the supervision of Rabbi Sheer. When the oven is fixed in about a week, Rabbi Sheer will kasher it again and will inform you that every thing is now in order.

The deadline for submitting to "Iggrot Ha’ari", the student journal of Jewish Studies, has been extended to Monday, September 28.
