The Journal
welcomes submissions
of unsolicited manuscripts including articles, book reviews, essays,
and comments
on current topics in transnational law. Submissions
are reviewed on a rolling
basis. Guidelines for submissions to the
Journal are as follows:
•
All manuscripts must be unpublished.
• The
Journal requires electronic submission. Send
your submission to jtl-articles@law.columbia.edu
via either a Microsoft Word attachment
or the ExpressO online submissions service (law.bepress.com). If you would like to submit a book review, however, please submit it
electronically to jtl@law.columbia.edu.
•
Address submissions to the Head
Articles Editor, Anna Siemon.
• An
updated CV and short abstract of the
manuscript should accompany all submissions.
•
The editors would appreciate
notification of withdrawal if an offer of publication is accepted with
another
journal or other publication.
• Footnotes
must be embedded in the text. Citations
must conform to the rules in the most recent edition of The Bluebook:
Uniform System of Citation published
by the Harvard Law Review Association.
