Subscriptions to the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law are available at the following rates: $45.00 per volume domestic $55.00 per volume foreign ($60.00 air mail) Send your subscription request to the attention of the Financial Editor. Subscriptions must be paid in advance. Invoices are sent to all subscribers in September for the upcoming year's volume. Subscribers who have not paid by November 1 will not receive issues, and no claims for issues of a volume published and shipped before payment for that volume was received shall be honored. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless timely notice of termination is given. Partial refunds will not be made after the first issue has been shipped to the subscriber. Unless claims of non-receipt of a Journal issue are received within twelve months of the shipment of that issue, the Journal will not be responsible for replacing the issue without charge. The Journal (ISSN 0010-1931) is published on an academic year cycle, with three issues in each volume.
