     The 2006 Competition Problem and Rules published.

Tuesday, October 18, 2005
     Registration opened at 9:00pm EDT for the 2006 ACS Moot Court Competition.

Tuesday, November 1, 2005
     Registration closed at 12:00 EST.

Wednesday, December 14, 2005
     Deadline for reserving housing.

Monday, January 23, 2006
     Briefs must be submitted by electronic mail by 8:00pm Eastern Standard Time and postal mail with a postmark no later than January 23, 2006.

Friday, March 3, 2006
     Registration and opening reception for the National Competition at Columbia Law School in New York City.

Saturday, March 4, 2006
     Preliminary oral argument rounds, followed by reception and awards.

Sunday, March 5, 2006
     Elimination oral argument rounds, followed by announcement of finalists.

Thursday, June 15, 2006
     The two finalist teams from the national competition moot for the national championship at the Annual Convention of the American Constitution Society in Washington, D.C.
