The Speaker Series is comprised of speaker and panel events held at various times throughout the school year. It brings together leading practitioners and academics in international and comparative law to share with CSIL members their views on various substantive issues of interest. The Speaker Series provides an opportunity for CSIL members to become better informed of various substantive issues in international law, as well as to engage in in-depth discussions with the panelists. Last year’s events included:

The Speaker Series Co-Chairs develop and organize the Series. Their responsibilities include identifying topics of interest, selecting and securing the participation of speakers and panelists, as well as organizing and publicizing the events. Throughout the process, they work closely with CLS professors and various organizations at CLS, SIPA, and the wider University community.
