Judge William Pryor from the 11th circuit will talk about his work as Attorney General of Alabama as well as the role of a new judge on the 11th circuit.

Description: Judge Joseph Frank Bianco, a CLS graduate, Assistant U.S. Attorney, Deputy Assistant Attorney General, and former employee of the United States Department of Justice, Criminal Division will discuss the role of terrorism on judges and judicial activism as well as the role of a new judge.

David Lat, a former assistant US Attorney who became well known in the legal community because of his work at gossip blogs “Underneath Their Robes” and "Wonkette," will discuss his blog “Above the Law”, judicial celebritology and the importance of humanizing our judicial stars and demystifying their existence.
