General Information
The Columbia Journal of Transnational Law publishes three Issues per Academic Year, following a September-August cycle. The first Issue of each Volume is usually published in October, the second Issue is published in December, and the third Issue is published in March.
Currently, the Journal is publishing Volume 39.
Manuscripts:
All manuscripts submitted for consideration should be in duplicate and triple-spaced. Footnotes should be double-spaced and embedded in the text. Citations must conform to the rules in the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation published by the Harvard Law Review Association. If possible, articles should be submitted on word processing disks compatible with the IBM PC system in Microsoft Word format. The Journal regrets that manuscripts cannot be returned unless a stamped, self-addressed envelope is included with the submission.
Subscriptions:
Subscriptions are $45.00 per volume; $55.00 ($60.00 air mail) foreign. The Journal annually publishes three issues per volume. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless notice of termination is given.
