The Senate is the primary source of funding for most Law School student organizations. The Budget Committee considers all funding requests. Committee members meet with student leaders to discuss proposed events and consider how best to allocate Senate resources among the many funding requests recevied each semester. By virtue of the position, the Senate Treasurer serves as chair of the Budget Committee.
