The Division of Student Affairs provides a wide range of services to support undergraduate students of Columbia College and the School of Engineering and Applied Science in both their academic and co-curricular pursuits. Units within the Division of Student Affairs include Parent/Family Programs, Special Events, Student/Alumni Programs, Advising and Academic Resources, the Office of Multicultural Affairs, Student Development and Activities, Central Business Office, Residential Programs, Judicial Affairs, DataGroup and Operations, Financial Aid and Educational Financing, and Undergraduate Admissions.

The Center for Student Advising offers many resources to the undergraduate students of Columbia College and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.  Class deans and Advising staff work with first-year and second-year students to help them understand the academic curriculum, create academic plans, and choose areas of study. In addition, the Center helps students to connect with faculty, staff members, and other students, and to address academic difficulties that may arise.
Undergraduate Financial Aid and Educational Financing 4th Floor West, Room 407 854-3711 Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The Office of Undergraduate Financial Aid and Educational Financing works with students and families from Columbia College and the Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science to develop a plan to pay for college. The office aims to help students achieve the goal of attending Columbia University and awards need-based aid to eligible students.

Office of Multicultural Affairs 4th Floor West 854-0720 Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The CC & SEAS Office of Multicultural Affairs offers students a variety of resources and programs addressing issues of diversity on campus, including race and ethnicity, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, and gender identity/expression. The Office fosters an inclusive University environment through dialogue, interaction and exchange among all students.

The U.S. Postal Service delivers mail directly to the Lerner Hall Mail Center. At the mail center, students can pick up incoming packages, send outgoing courier mail, buy packaging materials, and replace lost or stolen mailbox keys. In addition, recognized Columbia University Organizations can submit a request to stuff all student mail boxes with notifications and postings. The Mail Center is managed through the vendor Ikon Services.

The Office of Judicial Affairs develops tools to increase awareness of University policies and rules and utilizes the Dean's discipline process to investigate and hold students accountable when there has been an allegation that a rule or policy has been violated.
