| Double Discovery Center, founded in 1965 at Columbia University, is a not-for-profit youth service agency for low-income, first-generation college-bound junior and senior high school students living and attending school in New York City. Through its two federally-funded education programs, Upward Bound and Talent Search, the Center offers year-round academic, career, college, financial aid and personal development services. | |||

Access to email, computer applications, the Internet and other campus information services are provided by Columbia University Information Technology (CUIT). Computer clusters (un-staffed rooms with Mac and PC workstations) are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of Lerner Hall. These workstations have fast network connections and a full set of productivity applications. (Click here for a full list of applications available on these systems.) For quick access to your email, university-related information and the Internet, ColumbiaNet stations are located on the 2nd Floor West and the 5th Floor West of Lerner. Wireless connectivity is available from most areas of Lerner.
