About Us : Overview

Lerner Hall is a center of activity for students, faculty, staff and alumni on Columbia's Morningside campus.  Services in Lerner Hall include:

• Contract Services, including the University Bookstore. 
• Event space, dining, computer labs, mailboxes and student and administrative offices.  View the many services in Lerner Hall.
  

University Event Management (UEM), located in Lerner Hall, is a resource for students, faculty and staff to help schedule and support meetings, events and activities on the Morningside campus. The UEM staff oversees event management policies and also conducts workshops on University Alcohol procedures.

In addition to managing event planning in Lerner Hall, other services within UEM include:

• Event Management in Low Memorial Library, Faculty House and campus outdoor space.
• Food and beverage service for campus events through Columbia Catering.

UEM is a department within the division of Student and Administrative Services.
