· Terminal Replacements:
All "dumb" terminals (IBM 3151, 3164) are being replaced, with a target completion date of 7/31/2001.

· Public printer reconfiguration:
Public workstation printers will be selectively consolidated to improve reliability and reduce support overhead.

· MSW replacements:
All DOS-based Multisession Workstations are being phased out, with a target date of Spring, 2001. Approximately 55 of these workstations remain as of December, 2000.

Terminal Replacements, Urgent (total of 14 installs or moves): With very short notice, some central servers that supported point-to-point terminals were disconnected in July, 1999. Some Rolm dialup services were also affected. As a result, work began immediately on installs of 1 Netstation in Oral History, 1 Netstation in Documents Service Center, 2 Xyplex terminal servers in Lehman 200 level [LSO-Installs 266-268], 8 CLIO staff PCs at East Asian [LSO-Installs 263], and on the deinstallation of 2 Teachers College CLIO Plus terminals. Extensive network and hardware troubleshooting was required before these installs could be closed out. Completed, 9/29/1999.
