Lawyer. Columbia University LL.B. 1914. Eustace Seligman's father was Edwin R.A. Seligman.
Scope and Contents
Seligman's correspondence files on United States foreign policy issues. These files of letters to government officials, congressmen,
senators, scholars, and other individuals deal with Seligman's ideas, suggestions, and opinions on the Vietnam War, the Arab-Israeli
controversy, China, India, and Cuba. In most cases there are one or two letters to or from each individual. The major correspondent
is Ellsworth Bunker, U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam.
