Biographical Note
American author and humanitarian who often wrote about life in China. She won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1938 and a
Pulitzer Prize in 1932.
Scope and Contents
This is a collection of typescript of her short stories, playscripts, essays, and articles. They are mostly carbon copies
and some bear her corrections and additions.
