Description of work:

Currently serving as Human Rights Commissioner, representing the 
Asian-American community on Long Island, New York, for the past five years.

Attended several conferences on human rights and religion at the national 
and international level, and actively participated in them.

Conduct a course on biofeedback, stress reduction and Yoga philosophy at 
various centers on Long Island.

Founder of the World Yoga Society, Inc.

Formerly taught Yoga: Harmony of the Mind & Body at the New School for 
Social Research, the State University of New York at Stony 
Brook, Dowling College, and Brooklyn College.

Taught Freedom from Stress at the New York Institute of Technology.

Conducted workshops on Biofeedback Techniques & Stress Management for Air 
India employees in Bombay, India.

Authoried Hatha Yoga for Kids: a Guidebook for Parents and Children. Also 
published many articles on yoga philosophy and health-related subjects.
