on the throne, with the ufual folemnity.

ment, entitled, An Ad for granting and.applying certain ftamp

ing, proteaing, and ficuring the fame ; and for mending fach
Parts of the feveral A^sof Parliament relating to the Trade and
Kevenues of the faid Colonies and Plantations, as dire^ the
Manner of determining and recovering the Penalties and For¬
feitures therein mentioned.
