§ 31. "Every Railroad Corporation formed under this act, shall make
an Annual Report to tbe State Engineer and Surveyor of the operations of
the year, ending on the 30th day of September; which Report shall be
verified by the oaths of the Treasurer or President, and acting Superin¬
tendent of operations, and be filed in the office of the State Engineer
and Surveyor by the first day of December in each year, and shall
state * * * "

acting Superintendent of operations of the

Railroad Company, being severally sworn, each for himself deposes and
says, that the statements in the annexed Report, Which has been signed by
each of them at the end thereof, are true and correct according to the best
of his knowledge, information and belief.
