Elections,

March 8,          Lawrence N. Murray was elected a Director to fill the vacancy caused

by the death of William K. Vanderbilt.

May 24,           Sidney C. Murray was elected a Director to fill the vacancy caused

by the resignation of George A. Ranney.

August 14, Gustav Metzman was elected a Director and President (the Presi¬
