Article   XIV.

Amendments.

This Constitution, except Articles I, II, and IX, may be
amended by the Trustees at any time by the affirmative vote
or written assent of two-thirds of their entire number, pro¬
vided, however, that Article XL .shall be amended only by
the affirmative vote or written assent of all the Trustees.

It may also be amended by the Society at any time by the
vote of a majority of all the members of the Society at any
meeting called for this purpose, the call for which shall have
specified any particular amendments proposed.
