REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.

The Finanoe Committee, in accordance with the requirements
of the by-laws, respectfully submit tlie following report of t!je
financial affairs of the Society, with estimates of the probable re¬
ceipts and expenditures for the year ensuing; together with a
statement of the assets of the Sooietv on the first day of January,
1859.
