REPORT OF THE FINANCE COMMITTEE.

The Finance Committee, in accordance with the requirements
of the by-laws, respectfully submit the following report of the
financial affairs of the Society, with estimates of the.probable
receipts and expenditures for the ensuing year, together with a
statement of assets of the Society, on the first day of January,
1864:
