ler Christy, Joseph Pennell and James Montgomery Flagg, are
represented in the gift, the latter by perhaps the most familiar and
striking American poster of the War, "Uncle Sam Wants You."

Kraus gift. One of the most significant works in the field of mod¬
ern Japanese papermaking, Tesukiwashi Taikan, has been pre¬
sented by Mr. and Mrs. Peter Kraus. Published in Tokyo in 1974
by the Mainichi Newspapers in a limited edition of one hundred
sets, the monumental work in five folio cases and one quarto case
