ADDENDA.

While these sheets were in press, two new weekly papers made their
debut in our city, one called the National Press, edited by Brigadier-
General George P. Morris, and the other the Island City. The peculiar
merits of these papers we are, as yet, unacquainted with.
 

In the notice of the Morning and Evening Express, on p. 241, instead
of " Erastus Brooks of this city, and Wm. B. Townsend, resident at
Washington," read Wm. B. Townsend of this city, and Erastus Brooks
resident at Washington.
