Women Architects A digital imaging project by Mary Ann Sullivan at Bluffton College, this site has a small number of women architects (currently six architects) with images of some of their buildings. Under Julia Morgan there are more than 60 buildings.

Organizations
Association for Women in Architecture Formed in 1999, the AWA is dedicated to forwarding the positions of women in architecture and its related fields. The AWA web site provides information about the organization, including scholarship information and an event calendar.
International Archive of Women in Architecture (IAWA) Established in 1985 as a joint program of the College of Architecture and Urban Studies and the University Libraries at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, or Virginia Tech, the purpose of the program is to "document the history of women's involvement in architecture by collecting, preserving, storing, and making available to researchers the professional papers of women a rchitects, landscape architects, designers, architectural historians and critic s, and urban planners, and the records of women's architectural organizations, from around the world. The IAWA focuses primarily on collecting the papers of t hose who practiced at a time when there were few women in the field (before the 1950's)." Site includes a guide to the collection and manuscript inventories.

Varo Registry of Women Artists "...an electronic registry of artwork by contemporary international women artists." Each artist has her own web page which includes some images, background information, and artist's statement. Varo also links to other sites concerned with women and art.
Finding Journal Articles
Art Index A major periodical index to the arts. This online version is a two- part index to art periodicals in Western European languages: Part 1 (420 journal titles): from 1929-1984; Part 2(376 journal titles): from 1984 to the present. Beginning in 1994, abstracts are included. After the late 1990s, some full text is available (lacking illustrations).
n.paradoxa "... the only international feminist art journal exploring feminist theory and contemporary women's art practices published in two separate editions online (quarterly, since Dec. 1996) and in print (bi-annually, ISSN 1461-0434, since 1998)." The web page provides access to some information from the current issue, but it also has a large number of links to web sites about women and art with great international coverage. n.paradoxa also includes a list or worldwide organizations.

Guerrilla Girls Guerrilla Girls are a group of women artists and art professionals who make posters about discrimination.
National Museum of Women in the Arts The Museum is " dedicated exclusively to recognizing the contributions of women artists. Includes some images and information about artists in the collection.
Women Artists Archive "The Women Artists Archive is a special collection in the Ruben Salazar Library at Sonoma State University and is open for public use. It contains information on over 1,000 women artists from the Middle Ages through the present day."
Women Photographers UCR / California Museum of Photography's website is "an extensive survey project drawing on images from UCR/CMP's collections, associated with the exhibition Independent Visions, January 23, 1999 through May 2, 1999. It is curated by Karen Barber, with support from UCR/CMP staff."

To find filmographies using CLIO, try filmograph? as a keyword search (the question mark will look for either filmography or filmographies). Alternatively, in the Advanced Search use the word Catalogs as a Subject Word. Remember to combine either of these terms with other useful keywords that describe your topic.
Films and Video on Women, Gender, and Feminism (Northern Arizona University)is an extensive listing of films on women, gender, and feminism held in the state Arizona State University library system. Once you've identified the titles, check in CLIO to see if the film is available at Barnard or Columbia. The list is arranged alphabetically by film title; each entry includes a short description of the film.
