"The contractor shall provide & pay for all materials, labor and tools complete, except painting. Use removable steel forms
(16 gauge steel), and wood forms. Use metal chairs to support steel reinforcement in correct location. Floor finish put down
as slab ispoured and covered with sand (2") and kept wet for ten days. Gray 'color-mix'. Cut holes in old brick work for beams,
floor, and girder ends. Remove all rubbish and clean up when work is completed, protect owner's property. Concrete mix, 1
: 1 1/2 (C-S). Trowelled. Steel, medium square deformed rods. Slab wire fabric BH610, 4" x 16", galv'd."
