Effective January 17, 2005 FBIS has reassigned 149 countries and territories to different regional groups and removed the WNC Insert Date from all new content records.

These regional reassignments will change the way in which you search records: any new records added to the database will use the new regional assignments, and records in the database prior to January 17 will reflect the old regional assignments. Please refer to WNC Regional Assignments for a list of regional reassignments.
