Virtual Reading Room Pilot Project Use Restrictions

The texts included in the VRR Pilot Project have been made available by special agreement with their publishers. These agreements allow Columbia University Libraries to publish electronic versions of these texts on Columbia's LibraryWeb solely for purposes of research, teaching and private study for a three-year period ending in 2004.

Please note that use of these texts is restricted to current members of the Columbia Community having a valid UNI (University Network ID) and to authorized on-site users of Columbia's libraries.

Systematic downloading, copying or distributing of these texts is expressly prohibited, as is their use for any commercial purpose. Members of the Columbia community are individually responsible for compliance with these terms.
