To obtain permission to reproduce
or publish materials owned by the Libraries, a letter
should be sent to the Director or Dean of
the library, distinctive collection or division holding
those materials. (Links to contact information are
listed in the right-hand column.)
This letter must contain the following
information:
- information about the forthcoming
publication (including format [for example, print, microform
media, or electronic], title, expected date of publication,
name of author),
- name of publisher
- clear information about the item(s)
to be published (name of author or creator, name of collection,
date of creation, page or item numbers, or Web page address
(URL) where available).
Fees for permission to publish will be applied according
to the policies of the individual collection.
