Four years full time teaching and research at University of Botswana,
Lesotho and Swaziland (1973-76) and National University of Lesotho
(1981-82).  Numerous publications on migration in Southern Africa and on
regional economic interaction in Southern Africa.  Short-term work mainly
on education issues in Ghana, Malawi, Namibia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. 
Continuing interest in labor, migration, education, and international
economic interaction in Southern Africa.
