I am an economist. I have got a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of
Leuven. I am a research fellow at the Centre for the Study of African
Economies in Oxford where I am involved in poverty alleviation projects in
West and Central Africa. As an international economist, I am also
interested in issues of regional integration and the credibility of
political and economic institutions. I also have been teaching in Rwanda
for a couple of years.
