I have a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University (USA).

For the past 13 years, I have been conducting research on food policies in
East and Southern Africa. Specifically my interest is in the area of
natural resources and the environment. I also teach "Econometrics" at the
University of Makerere in Uganda.
