Currently, I am preparing a Ph.D. thesis on visual culture in Kinshasa, 
the production of television serials as modes of evangelization.

My research interests include: Central Africa, religion (Pentecostalism), 
masculinities and femininities, politics, mass media, popular culture 
(theater, dance, sports).
