Currently, I am doing postdoctoral research on growth of mica from
volatile-enriched and mineralized A-type granites using nanotechnology and
mineral chemical techniques at McGill University. Some of my research interests
include studies of Nigerian (African) A-type Granites, the mineralogy and
evolution of Pan-African pegmatites and associated felsic igneous-hydrothermal
systems, and the application of agromineral resources in soil replenishment.

I am looking for/interested in a Teaching/Research position at
College/University level in Crystallography, Mineralogy, Petrology, Regional
Geology of Africa, and Biogeochemical techniques. Apart from the teaching and
research experience, I have done consultancy-based studies in mineral
exploration in Africa (Nigeria). I have also applied mineralogic/petrogenetic
and geochemical techniques in exploration and environmental studies in Canada.
