My research, academic and practical training include a broad base of
science and engineering, particularly, soil and water management.
I have background and interest in areas of: water quality, hydrology,
groundwater, environmental impact of land use, and irrigation systems.
Being from Lebanon, I am intensely interested in water resource 
development in the Middle East.

Currently, I am holding a research faculty position at Penn State,
Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering. I am developing a
computer model for an economically and environmentally sustainable grazing
system.  The model includes crop growth, animal intake and feeding,
nutrient cycling and flow to the environment to name a few.
