Description of work:

Teaching and research interests are in the areas of international and
intercultural management communication with an emphasis on long-term
relationship building between India and the United States. Cross-cultural
studies have been conducted in Indian and U.S. business organizations, as
well as with cross-cultural Asian Indian and U.S. graduate internship
comparisons.
